John was written 60 years after JESUS.
1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
John 1:18
No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and[a] is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.
5:23 JESUS is worthy of honour due to G-D.
14:1 JESUS asks people to have faith in Him as they have faith in G-D.
5:21 He claims to be the enabler of salvation.
14:8 the earthly manifestation of G-D.
18:36-37 He is the king of another world.
3:35 He assumes dominion over all things.
14:13 He claims to be able to do whatever people ask in His name after He is gone, this implies He is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent.
8:24 His identity is central to salvation.
8:58 perpetually preexisted Abraham.
20:28-29 my LORD my G-D.
